- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and refrigeration equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and determine the best course of action for repair.

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.

- Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with HVAC systems.

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.

- Experience in appliance repair or related field is a plus.

- Ability to weld and perform basic electrical work is preferred.

- Knowledge of HVAC/R codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and installations.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
