Microsoft Corporation Principal Product Manager in Bangalore, India

As a Principal Product Manager in the Dynamics Resource Scheduling team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products that enable intelligent and efficient resource allocation across various industries and scenarios. You will work closely with customers, partners, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to understand the market needs, identify customer problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption and growth. You will also be a leader and mentor for other product managers in the team, and help shape the culture and processes of the product organization.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dynamics Resource Scheduling, aligned with the business goals and customer needs.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, user testing, and data analysis to identify and prioritize customer problems and opportunities.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that solve customer problems and create value.

Define and track key success metrics and outcomes for the product, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders and executives.

Drive customer adoption and retention, and solicit feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.

Lead and mentor other product managers in the team, and foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, cloud services, or SaaS products.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that delight customers and achieve business outcomes.

  • Strong customer empathy and ability to identify and validate customer problems and solutions.
