Nagwa Telesales Team Leader in Cairo, Egypt
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a Telesales Team Leader to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for promoting our brand, attracting new students, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our students.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to engage potential students via phone calls and other communication channels
Provide information, answer questions, and oversee the enrollment process
Direct the team in initiating sales with potential customers handling inbound leads and driving outbound inquiries to boost student registration
Analyze customer databases to identify growth opportunities and strategies for increasing student enrollment
Receiving and processing all sales emails and answering sales calls directly from prospect or existing customers with a professional and prompt manner to ensure all inquiries are answered and finalized successfully
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
Monitor team performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and average sales value, and provide regular feedback
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all student-related activities
Ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
Effectively communicate the benefits of our educational programs to potential customers
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to ensure that they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any field
5 years of experience in telesales or any relevant field
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
