Job Description

A top agricultural customer is looking for a change manager advisor to help grow their current change management practice. This role will primarily be split into 2 major portions with 50% dedicated to helping coach and advise the current change practitioners, and 50% helping build upon the current change management framework at this company.

Skills and Requirements

• Consulting level experience in the Change management field - advising best practices, building future frameworks, etc

• Change management professional

• Extremely effective communicator with VP level stakeholder management / reporting - Consulting experience null
