Overview

Location : Chennai

Position Objectives :

• Hands on knowledge with monthly book closure process in accordance with IND AS and USGAAP.

• Establish Internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.

• Responsible for statutory compliances.

• Knowledge on Direct Taxation including Transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in monthly book closure process and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

• Involving in review and reconciliation of financial statement schedules on monthly basis.

• Assisting in Group Audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit.

• Responsible for completing all Direct tax related areas including Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing certification and filing of returns / forms.

• Responsible for preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation for Master file.

• Responsible for compilation of data / input for Direct Tax Assessments.

• Be able to co-ordinate with the Company Secretary and assisting in filing the periodic forms.

• Assisting Controller on Monthly schedules preparation and review

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience preferably manufacturing sector.

  Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS-Office and PowerPoint

• Hand on experiences on ERP and MOVEX is preferable

• Knowledge on I GAAP, US GAAP.
