TEKsystems AV Technician in Covington, Kentucky

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled AV Technician with a minimum of 2 years of AV technical experience to support a local client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service roles and be adept in interacting with clients. They should possess excellent skills in the use of power tools and have experience with rack/TV installation, deployment, and repackaging. A key component of this role involves strong low voltage troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service when dealing with client AV needs.

  • Install, deploy, and repackage AV racks and TVs efficiently.

  • Utilize power tools effectively for installation and maintenance tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve low voltage issues in AV systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Cat5/Cat6 cabling.

  • Experience with commercial AV installations.

  • Proficiency in AV console programming.
