Description:

Radius Packaging makes plastic bottles for home care, professional cleaning, food & bev products, nutrition & wellness, ice melt, pet care. They've been in business for 52 years and just won best places to work in 2023

Machine Techs:

Operate blow-molding and injection molding machines

Troubleshoot and adjust machines

Perform routine maintenance: preventative maintenance, greasing, cleaning, small repairs and diagnosing issues

Use of hand and power tools when needed

Pay: $22-26/hr

Machine Techs have 4 levels: Level 4 is a Lead and pays up to $37/hr

Not a lot of OT

4 days on, 4 days off - you'll always know your schedule and it's set on the same shift

Smaller facility - roughly 20 shop floor employees

$1 for night shift

2-4% annual raises, based on performance and the company
