Project Manager – DP

How you will contribute:

  • Manage the execution of two large-scale NPI manufacturing projects including Drug Product and API operations.

  • Prepare project plans for both API and DP projects

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans for all projects, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them

  • Communicate identified risks to TT manager and other project.

  • Ensure projects adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.

  • Coordinate with teams including Production, CAPEX Projects, Finance, quality control, Supply Chain and Global ownership functions to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective project completion.

  • Find and address risks that may project delivery or product quality.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.

  • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to partners and senior management.

  • Programmes to enhance manufacturing processes and efficiency.

General Employee Responsibilities:

  • Participate in any training plans.

  • Foster, in cooperation with other TIL staff, an ethos of continuous improvement where CI is accepted as an necessary part of the business.

  • Ensure completion of all SOP, reading, training and assessment.

  • Other tasks and directed by the Manager, Finance or other Officer appointed by the Board of Directors.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Degree qualified in appropriate management, engineering subject or equivalent.

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Lead PM roles.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing would be beneficial

  • Proficient knowledge of project management procedures.

  • Knowledge of GMP procedures.

  • Working knowledge of project control systems.

  • Understand contractual requirements for the project.

  • Manage conflicting tasks at the same time.

  • Safety focused.
