Summary About the Position: This position is located with the 200th Military Police Command, 200th Mission Support Element, Fort Meade, MD. Description of the working environment: Work is performed in an office setting. Responsibilities Conduct staff visits throughout the organization to evaluate logistical readiness. Provide guidance to subordinate elements to support their mission requirements. Monitor transportation support for contingency operations. Manage the organization’s property book to advise on property accountability. Analyze directives from higher headquarters to determine logistics needs of the organization. Develop and implement policies to support mobilization readiness in all areas of logistical operation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
