We can\'t wait to meet you. \$3,000 Sign on Bonus (paid quarterly) PTO Starting Day 1: Receive an initial 16 hours of PTO, with an additional 24 hours at 60 days, all while accruing additional time as you go! Extend your career with Guy & O\'Neill! Skills and Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Previous Maintenance Mechanic experience required ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1. A minimum of a High School diploma required a Post high-school education preferred. 2. A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required. High speed manufacturing experience is a plus! 3. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. 4. Professional communication coupled with sound decision-making skills. 5. Basic fabricating skills to include MIG/TIG welders. 6. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of suppliers, customers or employees of organization. 7. Basic math skills required. 8. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations. 9. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of internet usage and Microsoft office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). 10.
