We are currently searching for a Full time maintenance person in the Gaylord, MI area with travel to Grayling, MI at least once a week.

A partial list of job responsibilities are as follows.

• Must have drivers license with own reliable transportation
• Be on call for evenings weekends and holidays
• Must have active cell phone at employees expense
• Must have own basic tools
• Light electrical, carpentry and plumbing
• Maintenance of turnovers
• Snow removal such as sidewalks, ice melt, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
