Job Description: Advanced Excel and Excel Macros Specialist Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual proficient in Advanced Excel and Excel Macros to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, automation, and problem-solving using Excel. This role will involve creating complex spreadsheets, developing macros to automate tasks, and providing insights through data analysis. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data. • Design and implement Excel macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. • Perform data analysis, including data cleansing, manipulation, and visualization. • Create custom functions and formulas to extract insights from large datasets. • Troubleshoot and debug Excel-based applications and macros. • Train and support colleagues in using Excel features and macros effectively. • Stay updated with Excel and VBA developments to incorporate best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience (4+ years) in using Advanced Excel features and building Excel macros. • Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Excel. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across different levels. • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
