Description

We are hiring a Business Analyst who has strong experience and understanding of life insurance policies. You will be working with the development team as well as the stakeholders and end users discussing upgrades in features of current platforms they'd like to see. You must have strong customer service skills and documentation skills. You will be supporting some clients with overflow of issues as they come in as well as gathering requirements, working with developers, and the CRM team.

This is 100% remote but must work EST zone hours. If you have over 2 years of life insurance experience and 2+ year of business analyst experience, apply today!

Requirements

• Life Insurance knowledge - full understanding of policies

• SDLC knowledge

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience

• Strong Documentation skills

• Experience working with end users and stakeholders

• Ability to put technical terms into layman terms
