Position Summary: The Director, providing expertise across a variety of spend and operational categories, is the administrative leader for the system-wide Value Analysis program and is responsible for meeting the financial targets of the organization. Fostering collaboration between Supply Chain, clinical staff, and hospital administrative leaders, the Director will facilitate and maintain system-wide Value Analysis committees across major spend/usage categories. Key Accountabilities: * Responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial programmatic and employee related activities for Clinical Quality Value Analysis * Responsible for identifying, evaluating and implementing opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and improve quality outcomes * Builds and maintains strong effective relationships within clinical teams and Executive leadership to drive expense management and quality improvements * Develops initiative pipeline and supports Clinical Care Redesign initiatives to meet financial and quality targets of the organization * Directs multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment that includes strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, implement and execute * Bachelor’s Degree is required * Five plus years in a healthcare leadership role within an acute care setting is required * Value Analysis experience is required * Seven plus years with Nursing or Physician experience is strongly preferred * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools * Strong understanding of supply use in clinical environment * Highly effective analytical, organizational, problem-solving and census-building skills * Supply chain experience valuable We take great care of careers.
