Montana Housing assists with buying a home, down payment assistance, mortgage servicing, Reverse Annuity Mortgages, rental housing assistance and multifamily rental development. A Loan & Bonds Specialist for Montana Board of Housing (MBOH) is responsible for handling a mortgage loan file from start to finish; reserving the funds, reviewing documentation and underwriting to ensure the eligibility of the loan for one of various mortgage programs and purchasing the loan. The incumbent must have an eye for detail and be able to complete tasks timely. The position reports to the Single-Family Program Supervisor, and does not supervise other agency personnel.
