Hiring Immediately in Joplin, MO!

We are seeking a caregiver that has availability to work late afternoon/evening hours with some of our younger clients.

Having a background in child care will greatly benefit you in this role. While it is not necessary, prior experience working with children who have behavioral challenges is definitely a bonus.

You will provide direct care for our clients in the comfort of their own homes while WE care for YOU. Patient care includes, but is not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living and personal care, cooking, cleaning, errands, etc. We will always offer you the training, skill, and knowledge you will need to care for your patient(s).

Our caregivers are the heart of Phoenix! This position will give you the opportunity to make one on one connections with our clients and provide them with exceptional care!

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal

• Bathing/personal care

• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)

• Laundry 

• Providing companionship

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age 

• Have a valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance

• Ability to lift 50 LBS 

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to pass a drug test
