Job Summary

The IT Application Administrator will lead the ongoing administration and support of the platforms managed and used by the IT Audit and compliance group. This includes support, configuration, customization, troubleshooting, onboarding activities, maintenance. This role will work closely with IT, business leaders, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to ensure maximum data integrity and availability. Solid technical skills blended with a value-to-business mindset are key to success in this role.

Note : Its a remote / home based role with some occasional travel as per business requirements.

Additional responsibilities of the Senior IT Application Administrator include:

• Daily administration and technical/functional support for TrustArc, DataSite and Loopio platforms and includes day-to-day technical support, user administration, profiles and roles, workflows, platform customization and other routine tasks. Other platforms will be defined as they are acquired for use.

• Agrees on goals with manager.

• Performs work assignments given by manager, to the quality required and in the agreed time.

• Contributes to ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the Global Technology group.

• Reports performance metrics for role to manager

• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Translate user story requests into workable requirements, technical/functional elements, and document technical specifications and the associated test cases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• The following are minimum requirements related to the IT Application Administrator role.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science or related discipline

• Very strong experience supporting/administering applications in an IT environment.

• Working knowledge of technologies required by role:

• In depth application troubleshooting skills

• In depth application management and configurations skills

• Knowledge of datasets, SQL, triggers, and apex code

• Effectively partner with technical and non-technical resources

• Create Business and Technical Requirement Documents, User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, Test Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams if needed.

• Familiarity of regulations applicable to IT Service Delivery - Global Applications (ITIL, GxP, SOX, GDPR)
