Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Coffee Manufacturing operation. This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements.

This position is based in our Knoxville, TN Distribution Center and will have a hybrid schedule. Relocation assistance eligible for non-local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Large Data Interpretation/Modeling Support:

• Support regional finance managers with consolidated financial models using BI tools

• Perform AD HOC projects and analysis derived from varying data sets

• Lead financial process improvement regarding information and model management

• Actively manage the interpretation and reporting of multiple operation KPIs

  Decision Support:

• Understand nuances of operations and collaborate with key partners to improve business results

• Prepare & distribute relevant analysis and reports, participate in decision making process

  Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:

• Perform budgeting and forecasting activities

• Compile weekly/monthly projection and present in real time actionable format

• Provide financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals

  Administrative Activities/Career Development:

• Participate in function or career development training

• Develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Requirements

• 2+ years financial analysis and/or accounting

• Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Manufacturing and plant experience a plus

• SAP, PowerPoint, Access experience, advanced Excel skills required (e.g., Pivot Tables, V&H Lookups, Ifs, Sum ifs, Index, Match, VBA experience a plus)

• BI experience a plus (Planning Analytics, MicroStrategy, SAP BW, etc.)
