Job Summary and Qualifications

The Consulting Product Analyst is primarily responsible for delivering and supporting large, complex, and distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. They will provide solution expertise, design detailed solution functionality, and identify and escalate significant solution issues. They will continually mature their understanding of how business owners utilize PAM solution(s) by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and solution users.

This individual will work collaboratively to implement and support identity management and privileged access management solutions that meet organizational needs and goals. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possess excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. The Consulting Product Analyst will also work closely with the Information Protection and Security (IPS) department to implement and support technologies that achieve HCA’s cybersecurity goals.

Major Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to develop requirements to solve privileged access challenges.

  • Partners with the IPS organization to drive PAM standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.

  • Design, plan, test, and execute PAM projects and solution deployments.

  • Effectively lead and manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • Drives review, response, and closure of PAM audit findings.

  • Determine and track key performance indicators that measure the success of PAM solutions.

  • Responsible for business requirement documents and artifacts required for the development or deployment of PAM solutions, features, and infrastructure.

  • Maintain and prioritize PAM feature backlog and roadmap based on department or organizational goals.

  • Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership.

  • Identifies and implements opportunities to improve existing processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Lead frequent communication with support teams and end users to solicit and present user feedback to leadership.

  • Develop and maintain PAM solution documentation.

  • Subject matter expert for assigned PAM solutions.

  • Engagement with vendors as needed.

  • Serve as lead PAM analyst on projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred

  • Three or more years in an analyst role

  • Seven or more years experience in Identity and Access Management and/or information Technology or equivalent education or experience

  • CISSP preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:

Strong experience in core PAM concepts and methodologies (e.g. least privilege, just-in-time access, authentication, authorization, multifactor authentication, etc.) for both on-premise and Cloud platforms.

Strong ability to analyze and solve complex and unique challenges.

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Ability to adapt and embrace new ideas, technology and organizational changes.

Excellent organizational skills

Work as part of a team and work independently

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with enterprise-leading PAM solutions

Broad security knowledge across technology infrastructure

Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Cloud Identity platforms

Experience in core IAM technologies (federation, directory services, etc.).
