This posting is for the Fall 2024 Start Dates (either October 7th or November 11th) of the VUMC Nurse Residency Program.

The program targets the new graduate nurse or the RN with less than six (6) months RN work experience upon application. The new graduate nurse will have successfully taken NCLEX prior to the program start date . This position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program. Full-time hours of 36-40 hours per week is required during the first year of the Nurse Residency Program. BLS certification required prior to start. Background checks are performed and approved prior to employment.

Process:
