We are currently hiring for a Mail Processor/Transaction Processor at our client in Nashville! This is a temp to hire position working onsite. This is a 100% onsite role with opportunities for growth! WIll be opening mail, sorting mail, processing and scanning mail in adherence with client specific verification process. Start time is 6:00am - and the end time is dependent on work completion. Mon/Tues are the heaviest days so will be at least 8+ hours each day. Other days during the week may be less than 8 hours depending on work load.

Must have flexibility with hours - site aims at getting all work completed by 6pm each night but may have to stay later depending on workload.

Responsibilities

Responsible for cutting and sorting incoming mail from the Post Office. Process Lockbox accounts by extracting the contents, negotiating the checks and preparing the output according to the customer instructions within the timeframes established.
