We are looking for Specialist – Transaction Advisory who has experience in commercial Analysis who can leverage their skills in financial modelling, market analysis, risk assessment, and project valuation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients on buy-side transaction advisory (investment worth $360 Mn) of natural gas companies involving technical due-diligence, financial due-diligence, financial valuation including carrying out negotiations with the targets.

• Valuation to help clients acquire non-operating equity stake in the target entities.

• Prepared Demand Feasibility Report of projects for clients engaged in oil & gas industry.

• Advised clients on natural gas pricing, feasibility of city gas distribution business, investments techno- commercial feasibility of floating LNG Terminals - FSRU, statutory reviews, financials, etc

• Participating in end-to-end transaction execution including:

• Preparing client marketing presentations

• Analyzing historical and projected financial information

• Developing complex financial and valuation models

• Coordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligence

• Participating in the development of recommendations to clients.

Required skills & Qualifications:

• Post Graduate degree with major in Finance/Power from a premier institute.

• Experience in Oil & Gas sector will be a great advantage.

• Extensive financial modeling experience and strong analytical abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent Research skills to be able to gather Market Intelligence and trends, to be able to advise clients with solutions.

• A very high degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to think independently

• The ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines in a highly organized manner.
