Our opportunity:

We're thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to become a vital part of our dynamic Global Alliance team. As we expand, we're seeking a talented individual to take on the exciting role of cultivating and nurturing Automation Anywhere's business relationships with key partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Regional/Global System Integrators (RSIs/GSIs). This position offers the chance to blaze a trail in a newly established role, driving impactful initiatives to boost revenue across various regions.

As the Strategic Partnerships Director, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of revenue-driven programs. Key to success in the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, engineering, alliances, marketing, product, and operations. Who you’ll report to:

This role will report to the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Location: US Remote role. East Coast preferred - Boston, MA or New York, NY

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Sales Management. Working with internal and external Field Sales Teams to take joint sales plays, programs and industry solutions to specific market segments for execution

  • Strategy. Help shape and evolve Automation Anywhere’sCloud and Partner Strategy, while implementing plans and execution in multiple regions

  • Alliances . Drive execution in concert with the local ecosystem resources; working in tight collaboration with Alliance functions leading SIs, VARs, MSPs, Distributors. We are one team!

  • Business Cadence . Execute, manage and deliver pipeline and revenue growth cadence tied to the specified Cloud and RSI/GSI Partners’ strategies and initiatives

  • Enablement. Ensure Partners’ staff understand Automation Anywhere’svalue proposition and how our technology fits into their overall GTM strategy and portfolio

  • Market Development. Work with the specified Cloud Partners' Business Development, Marketing, and Solution Architects, to craft and promote mutually-beneficial business models, solution offerings and messaging that drive new opportunities in the market

  • Communication. High-quality, effective and timely internal & external communication to coordinate functions, manage activity execution, resolve conflict, share results, and be a spokesperson for joint value propositions of Automation Anywhere’sCloud Partners, strategy & programs

  • Automation Mind-Set. We drink our own champagne here! We expect you to be automating processes to help scale our teams’ efforts + hit our KPI’s faster

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 8 + years in Partner Sales or Partner Management roles

  • Extensive external industry network with 10+ years of SaaS based solutions and/or similar technologies

  • Executive presence - executive selling, communication, and business development skills

  • Proven performance - personally leading to measurable revenue results through strategic Cloud Partners and RSI’s/GSI’s

  • Operational excellence - ability to use data, systems and processes effectively to plan, execute and measure performance and initiatives; shared language and a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and sales process

  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $285,000 - $305,000 a year, and outside of those locations is $275,000 - $295,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
