Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous HR Coordinator in Pico Rivera, California. This role involves a variety of HR tasks, including onboarding, employee investigations, compliance management across multiple locations, policy implementation, and administrative duties. Some travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires

• Conduct thorough employee investigations when necessary

• Ensure compliance across four different locations

• Implement new HR policies to optimize workplace efficiency

• Carry out administrative tasks to support HR functions

• Occasionally travel for work-related activities

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks

• Operate ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time for HR-related tasks

• Perform background checks and manage benefit functions

• Administer compensation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Coordinator

• Proficiency in using HRMS and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Proficiency in using About Time for time and attendance management

• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks

• Experience in handling Benefit Functions

• Knowledge of Compensation Administration

• Familiarity with Compliance in HR practices

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
