SHI Returns Support Coordinator in Somerset, New Jersey

Job Summary

The Returns Support Coordinator position resides within the Returns Support Department. This individual acts as a liaison between the Inside Sales Department and the Returns Department.

This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location as determined by management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Inside Sales Department, and Returns Department

  • Process return orders for sales reps, and follow through with updates until product is returned

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to all internal and external contacts

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors and partners, as well as with the Enterprise Solutions Group, Purchasing, Accounting, and a variety of other internal and external contacts

  • Utilize proper resources to locate tracking of products, invoices and credit memos and availability of products located within the SHI Returns Department

  • Providing updates to SHI Inside Sales Reps so customers can be updated and receive World Class Support from SHI

  • Take initiative to research and resolve issues – building internal and external relationships to make Returns process more efficient

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED

  • MS Office experience

Required Skills

  • Excellent World Class Support and follow through skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem solving capabilities

  • Ability to learn fast, absorb knowledge, and apply newly learned information on a daily basis

  • Strong planning, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Positive attitude and passionate about company success

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environmen

  • Proficiency in the following applications/platforms:

  • Office 2010, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Office 2013 applications and Windows 10 utilization are a plus

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Proficiency in the following applications/platforms:

  • Microsoft SharePoint / MySHI utilization

  • AX

  • CRM

  • BI

  • General understanding of our company's sales and order processing

  • Experience conducting online meetings & conference calls using Microsoft Live Meeting 2007 / Lync 2010, or other web conferencing platform

Unique Requirements

  • Flexible availability for month/quarter/year ends

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $37,000 - $45,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
