Do you have passion to influence business strategy, product design, commercial vision, media landscape? Passion to drive the change, through deep consumer understanding and front-edge advanced analytics?Then, this role is perfect for you!As a Brand Analytics and Programmatic Intern, you will:

  • Combine analytical expertise and deep consumer understanding, to anticipate opportunities and answer critical business questions;

  • Quantify key business drivers and assessing sufficiency of plans to meet targets according to analytical models;

  • Act as a business strategy consultant, guiding decisions of P&G Top management in several business domains (consumer, costumer, digital, …)

  • Design and implement Programmatic campaign strategies, understanding targets and business objectives;

  • Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and reporting of campaigns, forecasting media spends and KPIs goals.

  • Bring innovative ideas about campaign's strategies and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting Programmatic industry trends.

  • Work in Multi-functional teams to enable deliver a consumer-centric data strategy. Understand basic data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.

LOCATION: Rome

DURATION: 6 months

Job Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Master students / Early graduates with:

  • Strong Analytical skills and Integrative thinking;

  • Proven Leadership and team work skills, with a “can-do” approach and an unusual skew to innovate;

  • Boundless curiosity and un-sane passion to generate results;

  • Data Analytics background a plus;

  • Programmatic Buying Platforms such DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk – preferable experience in Digital Agency / eCommerce / Start up.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Accountable, Independent, Organized, Curious, Dedicated, Analytical.

  • Proficiency in English.
