Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Financial Consultant to support a new program ongoing at one of the Big 5 Banks downtown Toronto.

The project is a large scale multi year program aimed at modernizing, and creating efficiencies in the technology teams related to direct investing. The program would aim to increase productivity, automate processed and free up time for tech resources.

Your role would be providing insights around the quantifiable and qualitative benefits of the program. In the role you will work with an array of stakeholders including tech teams, business teams, finance, HR and more -- to understand the SLAs, KPIs, and metrics of the program in order to build models against them and provide benefit analysis such as cost, time and resource savings. You will be required to analyze data, create models and reporting, using tools such as excel, power BI or alike, to present to stakeholders for overall tracking purposes.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years as a financial consultant

- Experience working with data models, data visualization such as Power Bi or Tableau

- Experience creating and presenting presentations to high level stakeholders

- Experience tracking KPIs and measuring qualitative and quantitative results - CIBC Experience

- GitHub Co Pilot null
