Position: Outside Sales 

Desired background: Previous experience in Sign Sales, or Construction Sales 

Location: Office is located in Mt. Airy, Maryland but the person will sale all over the D.C., Maryland, and Virgnia area so they do not have to live in Mt. Airy but have to be willing to go to the office a few times a month

Role responsibilities: True hunting position looking for someone to develop new relationships with builders/developers, so they come to this role instead of posting their needs on a bid website. This person will also participate in bidding on jobs to win new business. 

Owner personality: Very smart business owner that works remote from South Carolina, so trust is huge. Needs a person that is self motivated and wants to solve problems on their own before they ask for help.
