UL, LLC Sales Process Support Specialist in Warszawa, Poland

For the last 100+ years our BE teams have been supporting our customers in 4 main areas: Building & Construction, Fire Safety & Security, Building Quality & Compliance and Personal Protective Equipment.

Our BE Sales Process Support Team is focused on providing high level administrative assistance to our customers throughout the whole sales process cycle (from pre-sale to post-sale activities) while collaborating with our sales professionals in Europe.

For the first time ever in Poland, we are giving you a superb opportunity to join our wonderful BE team as a new Sales Process Support Specialist who will be located in Warsaw! Interested? Keep on reading!

  • Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.

  • Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.

  • Ensures that the follow-up with customer is scheduled and supports turning quotes into orders.

  • Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related tasks and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.

  • Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate.

  • Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable.

  • Builds an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engages other teams to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.

  • Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

  • High School diploma.

  • Working experience in sales-related roles, preferably sales support and/or sales processes support.

  • Very good level of English language.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Salesforce or other CRM software.

  • Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Good sales and interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.

  • A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
